Local Pickup
Pick up is by appointment. Once you get your confirmation that your tea is ready, let us know when you want to pick up and we will be ready for you!
Local Delivery
If you're in Langford, Colwood, Esquimalt, Vic West, Highlands, or View Royal, you can select our local delivery option (you'll need to enter your postal code at checkout for the options to reveal themselves). That's FREE delivery folks!
Free & Flat Rate Shipping
FREE shipping across Canada for orders $70 or more.
For all other orders, $12 flat rate shipping applies across Canada. We do not currently offer shipping to other countries - Canada is a great place to visit ;)
Processing & Shipping Time
We do our best to get your tea out the door within 24 hours (it may take another day or two when we're out of stock and we'll let you know). You'll get a notice when your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number. Please note that it may take a day for the tracking number to become active.
We ship using Canada Post or UPS ... here's how long it usually takes once your tea is on its way:
- Vancouver Island & BC Lower Mainland: 1-3 business days
- Rest of BC: 2-3 business days
- Prairies (AB, SK, MB): 2-5 business days
- Rest of Canada: 3-7 business days
Happiness Guarantee
If you aren't happy with your tea or tea wares, you can return it for a shop credit, less shipping fees. Contact us at tea@islandelixirtea.ca so we can make it right!
