Island Elixir Tea Company offers a rotating series of intimate tea workshops and tasting events in Langford, BC, designed for curious minds, intentional souls, and anyone who has ever suspected there's more to their cup than they've been told. Led by Bree, passionate tea educator, Reiki practitioner and certified Tea Sommelier, each event blends guided tastings with storytelling, history, and sensory exploration. Whether you're tracing tea back to its ancient origins, discovering how a humble leaf sparked revolutions, honouring the turn of a season, or simply learning how to steep the perfect cup, every gathering is crafted to slow you down, ground you in the moment, and connect you to something meaningful.

All teas tasted at Island Elixir events are small-batch, sourced and crafted with intention, and infused with Reiki energy. This isn't a class. It's an experience.

Our 2026 Workshop Series runs April through September, with each 90-minute evening exploring a distinct theme through guided tastings and immersive storytelling. Topics span tea history, seasonal ritual, Victoria's local tea culture, and tea education fundamentals.

Our Saturday Tea Sessions are 45-minute tasting experiences designed to bring you closer to origin. Relaxed, story-driven, and fun. Think happy hour, but for tea.

Can't make a scheduled date, or looking for something a little more personal? Private tastings are available for groups large and small.
