Refund policy
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for store credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with any applicable tags, and in its original packaging. Sorry, open bags of tea cannot be returned. You’ll also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at tea@islandelixirtea.ca. We will ask you some questions about the item, including for a photo or two, and what went wrong. Then, if you're eligible, send you the detailed instructions.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item was damaged en-route or if you receive the wrong item. We do our best but mistakes to happen!
Gift cards and workshops
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
You can cancel your workshop reservation up to 48 hours prior to the date and time for a full refund. Please email tea@islandelixirtea.ca to cancel your reservation. After that, we'll have already prepared your materials and the workshop reservation becomes non-refundable.
Store credit
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if it is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be issued a store credit within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed and you haven't heard from us, please contact us at tea@islandelixirtea.ca. The store credit we issue you for returns does not expire, but we encourage you to use it asap so you don't forget!
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
