Q: How much caffeine is in my cup?
A: The amount of caffeine is strongly affected by the leaf, water temperature and how long you steep it. Higher surface area (full leaves have lower surface area than tea bag dust, for example), higher temperature and longer steeping times draw more caffeine out of the leaves. These are beautiful full leaf teas and beg for short steeping and multiple infusions so we consider them as medium caffeine.
Q: Does the tea have flavouring?
A: No! The jasmine comes from a tea scenting process wherein fresh jasmine flowers are layered over the organic green tea leaves night after night for four or five nights. The result is incredible aroma and flavour in its essential form.
Q: Is this tea suitable for multiple infusions?
A: Absolutely. These are beautiful full leave loose teas and so the flavours evolve over multiple infusions. Enjoy a beautiful tea experience.

Pour 1 - 2 cups hot water (80 C - 90 C) over 1 scoop (1.5 tsp) tea. Cover and wait 1 - 3 min. For multiple infusions, add 30 sec to 1 min per infusion.

Wrap labels are printed on Forest Stewardship Council certified paper and secured using non-toxic adhesives.
Tins are reusable (hand wash only) and curb-side recyclable in most municipalities.
