Some days you're ready to receive and all you need is a nudge. Energy Rising is a three-part ritual series, each blend crafted for alignment with one of your chakras. Each one Reiki-infused and blended in small batches on Vancouver Island.

Vital
For the solar plexus. Orange and yerba maté with cinnamon and rooibos create a warm, expansive, and grounding blend. This is the cup that puts you back in charge of your day before the day decides for you.
The Intention: To know your vital essence.
Vibrance
For the heart chakra. Five botanical allies including tulsi (holy basil), lemon balm, and powerhouse Moringa. Light, aromatic, and quietly lifting, this tea is crafted for the threshold moment before meditation or energy work begins.
The Intention: To lift your vibration.
Vision
For the third eye. A long steep of this lavender, jasmine, and sage blend results in a beautiful light purple infusion. Caffeine-free and soft, it's made for the moment you stop directing and start receiving.

Steeping instructions
Pour 1 cup boiling water over 1.5 tsp tea. Steep 5 minutes or more to watch the colour evolve. Sip, savour and let your energy rise.

All teas (except for storage tin option) come packaged in bags made from wood and are home compostable. Learn more.
Wrap labels are printed on Forest Stewardship Council certified paper and secured using non-toxic adhesives.
Tins are reusable (hand wash only) and curb-side recyclable in most municipalities.
