An Island Sunset, Steeped

Some evenings ask you to slow down before you even realize you need it. West Coast Unwind was blended to capture exactly that shift, the soft pink of rose hip, the dusky purple of lavender, the warm red of cornflower petals settling in like the last blush of colour before dusk. It's a cup built for the exhale, the one that comes right after you finally stop.

Grown Locally, Sipped Slowly

Our lavender is grown spray-free right here on Vancouver Island, joined by lemon balm, marshmallow leaf, passion flower and chamomile, sourced with intention and blended in small batches for a soft, floral cup that encourages you to put your feet up. Naturally caffeine-free, this loose leaf herbal blend is just as lovely steeped for an afternoon pause as it is for winding down and watching the sun set.

Tasting Notes

Chamomile leads the way softly, settling into an earthy sweetness with a whisper of tart rose hip and floral lavender beneath. Gentle, smooth and endlessly sippable. When the mercury rises, steep it strong and try it over ice for an evening cool down.
